Why is Screen Time authorization required?
Apple 要求使用 Family Controls 的 App 先取得系统授权，才能让你选择需要暂停的 App 和网站。阻尼不会获得其他 App 的内容。
Apple requires authorization before a Family Controls app can let you choose apps and websites. Friction does not gain access to content inside other apps.
为什么某些 App 没有出现？
Why is an app missing from the picker?
FamilyActivityPicker 由 iOS 提供，显示内容由系统和当前设备状态决定。请确认该 App 已安装，并在“设置 → 屏幕使用时间”中保持授权开启。
FamilyActivityPicker is provided by iOS, and its contents depend on the device. Confirm the app is installed and authorization remains enabled in Settings → Screen Time.
冷静页能读取我正在做什么吗？
Can the pause screen see what I am doing?
不能。阻尼只知道系统触发了你主动选择的令牌，无法读取页面内容、商品、金额、消息或账户信息。
No. Friction only knows that an opaque token you selected was triggered. It cannot read pages, products, amounts, messages, or account information.
如何恢复完整版？
How do I restore the full version?
在 App 的“我的”页面打开完整版入口，再选择“恢复购买”。请使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户。
Open the full-version panel from the Me tab, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
如何删除本地记录？
How do I delete local history?
在“我的”中打开数据管理并重置本地数据，或直接删除 App。阻尼没有服务器副本。
Open data management under Me and reset local data, or delete the app. Friction keeps no server copy.
